Senior forward Chris Pisciotta repeats as Mount Saint Mary College Male Athlete of the Week after turning in another big week for the Knights, leading them to two Skyline Conference victories. Pisciotta averaged 18.5 points and 9.5 rebounds this past week, while shooting at a rate of about 67 percent from the field. He scored 19 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in Wednesday's 80-54 victory over Sage, and then added an 18-point, seven rebound effort in Saturday's 77-51 defeat of St. Joseph's College (L.I.). Pisciotta now leads the Knights with 14.4 points per game and is shooting 56.3 percent from the field on the season. He is also averaging 20 points and nine rebounds per game over the Knights' last five games.
The Knights return to action tomorrow night, Feb. 4, when they face off with No. 13 Purchase College. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
