Senior forward Joe Henain lit up the statsheet this past week, averaging 15.0 points, 14.5 rebounds and 4.5 blocks per game in a 1-1 week for the Knights. He scored 12 points and pulled down 13 boards in Tuesday's 71-57 victory over New Paltz, including 10 points and six rebounds in the second half. He followed with an even stronger effort on Saturday, scoring 18 points and grabbing 16 rebounds (11 and eight in the second half) in the Knights' 77-64 loss at the University of Scranton. Henain is averaging 14.7 points and 11.8 rebounds per game on the season, as well as a career-best 3.33 blocks per game, putting him on pace for the program record.
The Knights return to action tonight, Dec. 2, when they take on Maritime College in Skyline Conference action. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Throggs Neck, N.Y.
