Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Senior forward Rachel Perrone scored her 1,000th collegiate career point in Wednesday's loss at Western Connecticut State University. She scored nine points in the game and grabbed 10 rebounds. She followed this up with a 22-point performance in Saturday's loss at Norwich University. She leads the Knights with 12.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game on the early season.

The Knights return to action tomorrow, Nov. 26, when they host SUNY New Paltz in their home opener at the Kaplan Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
