Senior goalkeeper Matt Darling played a strong game in the Knights' 1-0 overtime loss to No. 7 York College of Pennsylvania in the first round of the NCAA Div. III Men's Soccer Championship on Saturday. Darling saved seven shots and faced 23 total shots, but eventually allowed the game-winning goal in the 92nd minute of the game. He also had to fend off 14 corner kicks. Darling's smart play in the box prevented many York scoring opportunities. He, along with the help of his back line, made some impressive game-saving stops to keep the Knights in the game for the entirety of regulation.
