Mount Saint Mary College Athletics

Senior Amanda Horvers averaged 12.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game during a 2-0 week for the Knights.  After a 17-point effort against Purchase on Tuesday, Horvers joined the career 1,000-point club at the Mount with eight points against NYU-Poly.  A three-pointer with 13:36 remaining in the second half proved to be the milestone bucket.  The senior now has 1,001 career points and becomes the second player to eclipse the mark this season (Jen Mocanu).
