Sophomore setter Lauren Halverson has been named an Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row. She averaged 8.29 assists, 1.43 aces, and 2.36 digs per set during a 4-0 week for Mount Saint Mary. During a five-set victory over defending Skyline champion NYU-Poly, Halverson recorded 46 assists and 10 digs. Over the weekend, Halverson was named the most valuable player of the Salem State tournament, totaling 70 assists, 23 digs and 17 aces in the three matches.
