Senior Rich DeRosa hit 8-for-16 (.500) with four runs scored and seven RBIs during a 3-1 week for Mount Saint Mary College. Against John Jay on Thursday, DeRosa was just a double shy of the cycle in a 3-for-4, three-run, five-RBI, performance. The senior hit a grand slam in the third inning. DeRosa was 3-for-8 in a weekend sweep of Purchase that sent the Knights to third place in the conference.
