Freshman Caitlin Maynes posted a record of 4-1 and an earned run average of 2.85 during the week for Mount Saint Mary College.  She tossed complete games against Hunter, Sage, and Purchase and also collected a victory in relief against Sage.  In the second game of the double-header with Sage, Maynes held the Gators scoreless for the final three and two thirds innings.  The rookie also tied the game with a three-run home run in the top of the seventh inning, allowing the Mount to eventually prevail, 9-6.
